Motivation has come in many forms in my life. First being, my son, Jackson Robert. The freedom of being present in his life in every aspect - not missing the moments, big or small, is one of my why's!

- Write it down in pencil, changing it is completely acceptable
- YOU are the brand
- Stop donating your time - it's NOT free, you can't get more of it
- Know your audience
- Schedule! Schedule! Schedule!
- Network! Network! Network!

LLS (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society) has gained my attention over the last 3 years. I have been able to spread awareness on many levels, as a 2018 LLS Man of the Year & 2019 All Star candidate.

Greater Generations also plays a role in my life. As a member of the Executive Board, we are super excited to have programs and activities for Lucas County and surrounding areas. Juveniles will regain trust, build respect, and open lines of effective communication throughout the community.
